Welcome to Cave Gaillard in Epesses
The Gaillard family has lived in Epesses for four generations. When you amble across the Lavaux vineyard terraces, between Lausanne and Montreux, on the shores of Lake Léman, you will go through typical villages, embellished with season flowers. Our domain is at the top of the vineyard in front of the lake.
Do you feel like being out of town in the quiet of the vineyard or do you simply want to come and share a meal while enjoying a glass of wine and visiting our cellar?
Come and meet us at the domain. You will enjoy a visit of the cellar and savour a locally-grown beef tartar, straight from the farms of Puidoux. You will also have a tasting of 3 of our vintages ; coffee + mineral water included. For those who do not eat beef tartar, we suggest a vegetarian tartar or plates of local produce.
