Description of the activity
We look forward to welcoming you to our farm Le Dorsane located on the back of Monte San Salvatore, from which it takes its name. Accompanied by the manager, you will visit the vineyard surrounded by walnut and chestnut trees to learn about the cultivation processes.
Our tasting tour includes: - Tour of the different BIO grape varieties and insights into pruning techniques and how the terroir influences the character and taste of the wine. - After the short tour, a tasting of our classic method rosé sparkling wine awaits you, fresh and lively with typical Merlot aromas, accompanied by sweet and savoury snacks.
Additional information: - On-site parking spaces - Suitable clothing for walking in the vineyard - In case of bad weather the event will be cancelled - From 1 to 4 persons - Reservations at least two days in advance - Ideal for families - Option of taking the funicular to the village of Pazzallo, then a short walk to the Le Dorsane farm and finally down by post car.
