Cancellation policy

Cancellation at the request of a user:

All cancellation requests must be made by e-mail to info@swisswinetour.com

In the event of force majeure (illness, accident or death), activities booked on the Swiss Wine Tour website may be cancelled without penalty  up to 72 hours before the start of the activity, upon presentation of an appropriate certificate only.

After this period, please contact our service by e-mail (info@swisswinetour.com) in order to discuss the situation.

In the event that your cancellation request is validated, and if the payment has already been made, the amount deducted from our operational costs will be refunded.

In the event that your cancellation request is rejected, the price remains due in full and no refund will be made.


Cancellation by the organiser:

The Swiss Wine Tour Partners may, at any time, cancel a reserved and confirmed activity in the event that particular circumstances, acting beyond their control, make the practice of the activity impossible or dangerous.

In this case, you will be reimbursed to the value of the reserved activity.

In the event of adverse weather conditions or other factors that are difficult to predict, the organisers may also offer you new dates for carrying out the activity.

If you are not available on the new dates proposed by the professional, you will be reimbursed to the value of the reserved activity.
