Reservation process:

How can I find the activity that suits me?

Simply filter your search with your criteria in the search bar. Then, the system will suggest the activities most likely to meet your expectations. Categories of activities are also proposed to you in order to refine your search.

I have a special request, how can I submit it?

If your request concerns a particular activity, you can leave a message for your organiser when making your reservation (this step is optional). If your request concerns the Swiss Wine Tour in general, do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form.

I cannot validate my reservation

In case of difficulties, we advise you to repeat the reservation procedure. If after several attempts, you are still having difficulty, it could be one of the following:

Case no. 1: Your card has been refused.

Try with another card and if the problem persists, we advise you to contact your bank.

Case no. 2: Your basket has expired.

If you have not validated your payment after 20 minutes, the message ‘Your basket has expired’ will appear. We advise you to repeat the reservation procedure. If the problem persists despite everything, contact us via the contact page.

Your reservation:

I did not receive my confirmation email

Confirmation emails are sent automatically. Check your ‘Spam’ folder in your email box in case it did not reach you. If you still have no trace of the confirmation email, do not hesitate to contact us. It will be resent to you manually.

What documents should I present to the organiser on the day of the activity?

On the day of your activity, all you have to do is present your reservation confirmation, printed or on your mobile phone/tablet, to the organiser.

The organiser may request a proof of identity to verify your age if alcohol is offered during the activity.

Can I modify my reservation once it has been confirmed?

If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact page.

In all cases, the activity cancellation/modification policy applies. The organiser may refuse to modify your reservation if it is too short notice.

Up until when can I book an activity?

This depends on the accepted closing date and time of the organiser. This closing date and time cannot exceed 48 hours before the start of the activity.

How long before the activity should I show up?

We advise you to arrive 15 minutes before the activity so that it can start at the scheduled time.

Can I cancel my reservation?

A confirmed reservation can be cancelled subject to the defined cancellation conditions. For more information, please consult the ‘Cancellation conditions’ section.

In case of bad weather, is it possible to postpone my activity?

If the weather is likely to affect your safety, before or during the activity, the professional may decide to cancel the activity. In this case, you will receive a full refund and you will have the possibility to reschedule your activity at a later date (as long as the organiser offers the same activity). This decision can only be taken by the organiser; you cannot decide to cancel an activity due to bad weather.

When am I charged for my reservation?

Your credit card will only be debited one day after completing the activity.

If a reservation is cancelled by the organiser, what happens?

If the cancellation is made by the organiser and for whatever reason, you will not be charged for the activity.
