A Hotel & Restaurant in the heart of Solalex’ Alpage
On the heights of the Bex commune, the restaurant and hotel Miroir d’Argentine is protected by the magnificent mountain circus. But you won’t find any South American specialties, as Argentine refers to the silver reflections of the mountain wall which seems so smooth that it was named Miroir d’Argentine.
The cuisine honours a region, the one that surrounds us, by taking the time, always in season, often simply, sometimes revisited, each time with passion. The wine list is not to be outdone, with a strong presence of local, French-speaking and Swiss winemakers, as attested by the Swiss Wine Gourmet label with its 3 glasses.
