The Cheesemaker’s Train
Embark on a journey back in time, taking a seat in the recently renovated locomotive built in 1943, the bar car dating from 1895 or the dining car made in 1925. The historic train will take you from Morges to station of Bière.
Make yourself comfortable, relax with an aperitif and enjoy the view of Lake Geneva and the vineyards. All this before savouring a delicious fondue, carefully prepared and served by Chef Stéphane Bioschi – Les Artisans Cuisiniers in Bière, and top it all off with a meringue dessert with double cream and seasonal fruit.
