Tout un Monde … it’s a world of flavours and local products we set out to research, select, and introduce to you.
Meat, fish, vegetables, wines, etc., brought fresh from Swiss producers, regional or even locally from here in the Lavaux. It is in this unique region of the world, whose terraced vineyards are classified as World Heritage by Unesco, that we draw our inspiration and our passion is expressed.
Come and admire, enjoy the best from our terraces and immerse yourself in our world, which changes with the rhythm of the seasons, metamorphoses with the colours of the vines, changes with the mood of the lake.
