Wine tasting with sausage cooked in grape marc

Uncomplicated round with sausage in marc in our cozy rooms and wine tasting

As every year, on the last weekend before Advent, we are offering sausages cooked marc. (The marc is a product that results after pressing the fermented red wine grapes and consists of grape skin, grape seeds, its pulp and yeast.)
The delicious coarse sausages come from our village butcher Köferli, where the butcher’s craft is practiced with great skill and passion. We serve this with leek gratin and sauerkraut. Alternatively, we also offer Köferli’s Wienerli. The “Weisses Kreuz” country inn impresses with a fine Riesling soup servt with homemade farmer’s bread.

You can taste and buy all wines. Here we present our new sparkling wine, method traditional, the latest disturber (ornage wine) and our sweet wine. The winemakers are happy to answer questions about production, description and history.
