Welcome to Domaine Dillet!
The magnificent family Estate "Dillet", with its adjoining vineyard, is located at the heart of the Yvorne wine region, in front of the Dents du Midi mountains. Favouring quality over quantity sums up Eric Minod's approach. He is a demanding winemaker who produces Chasselas, Pinot noir, rosé wine and - among others - a fruity specialty. However, tasting is much better than a long speech.
You will enjoy a visit of the wine cellar with the grower, who will explain everything about the Estate and winemaking. The visit will end on a pleasant note as you will get to taste 4 of the Estate's vintages.
