Every Thursday evening, Au Cœur de la Côte opens its doors to a different Swiss winemaker.

This weekly event, rooted in the life of the restaurant for several seasons, turns each evening into a lively meeting between producers and wine enthusiasts.

A tasting is offered at each table, and the winemaker moves directly to the guests to present their wines, their story, and their terroir.
