Wine tasting of 5 wines with a platter of dried meat and cheese at the Domaine
Since 1912, the Chaudet family has been cultivating the family vineyards in the most prestigious Lavaux appellations: Chardonne, Saint-Saphorin, Rivaz and the holy grail of Vaud vineyards, Dézaley.
Émile Chaudet acquires the Domaine du Grillon and devotes himself to winegrowing. His son Paul, a winegrower and politician, led battles for the vineyards and became President of the Federal Council. Each succeeding generation has ensured the estate's continuity and influence. Today, Titouan Briaux continues this tradition with passion and expertise.
