Description of the activity
During a one-hour walk in the open air on the Maggia Delta in Ascona, visitors will have the opportunity to discover all the secrets of the production of raw materials that are used to create unique products.
It starts with merlot vineyards, then moves on to rice fields, walnut trees, hop cultivation, corn and rape plantations, apple orchards, not forgetting other varieties such as chardonnay, bondola and kerner. All in an absolutely unique setting: the Maggia Delta is also a natural oasis for migratory birds of national importance.
What's included: a 30-minute visit of the estate and tasting of 3 wines with a small snack (cheese from the Ticino Alps and local bread).
