Domaine Bertholet - Vineyard walk and fondue

Description of the activity

Walk in the Villeneuve vineyards and cheese fondue on the way.

This walk is done ALONE but it is organized by Domaine Bertholet, a family farm of winemakers for 4 generations.

The walk starts at the Domaine Bertholet cellar in the center of the village of Villeneuve (Grand-Rue 36). During the reception at the cellar, we will give you the map of the walk and the equipment for the fondue.

A regular climb will take you through the more or less steep vineyard of Villeneuve. We will show you places where you can stop to prepare yourself and ONLY your fondue (ACCORDING TO the DISCOUNTED RECIPE) accompanied by the white wine "Chasselas" of the Domaine.

Throughout the hike you will enjoy a beautiful view on the lake beyond the vineyard.

When your heart tells you, you'll reach the cellar to return the loaned equipment.

*The start of the experience is either at 10:30 am for lunch or 4:30 pm for the evening meal

*Possibility to make a tasting of 3 wines in the cellar at the beginning of the experience (fr. 12.- per person will be charged in surplus)
