A Taste of Hallau: Wine & Tavolata

Connection to nature, fine regional wines, and warm company – our Hallau Tavolata on August 22, 2026, offers all of this and more.

At the foot of the renowned “Chilcheweg” vineyard, the wine-growing village of Hallau invites you to an atmospheric Tavolata overlooking the picturesque mountain church of St. Moritz. An idyllic pilgrimage trail leads from Hallau through the vineyards up to the church – perfect for a stroll between courses. You are welcome to admire the ripening Pinot Noir grapes or simply soak in the unique atmosphere of the vineyards.

In case of inclement weather, the event will take place in the nearby tuff stone vaulted cellar from 1836. Note: Weather-appropriate clothing (sun hat, sunscreen, jacket, etc.) is recommended.
