Aargau Wine Gala at the Hirschen from 5.30 pm
Discover wines from Litwan, Weingut zum Sternen, Bickgut, Weingut zur Linde, Adrians Weingut and Wehrli Weinbau, paired with exquisite dishes by Bernhard Bühlmann, Harry Pfändler, Manuel Steigmeier and other top chefs.
The menu is rounded off with raw-milk cheese from Rolf Beeler and a dessert by Pascal Hobler (former sous-chef at Skin’s).
