Tavolata vaudoise

To pay tribute to the canton of Major Davel, our chef has created a menu to lose your head over, as bucolic as it is truly Vaudois. In the shade of the birch trees of Montbenon, enjoy an exceptional Tavolata celebrating the Vaud terroir, prepared exclusively with products from the canton (with perhaps one exception for the pepper).

Our winemaker friends from Lavaux, Maison Massy and Domaine Chaudet, will take centre stage!
