The Winemaker’s Train
Embark on a journey back in time, taking a seat in the recently renovated locomotive built in 1943, the bar car dating from 1895 or the dining car made in 1925. The historic train will take you from Morges to station of Bière.
Meet a winemaker and share a meal and his wines with him!
A winemaker to be discovered while enjoying an exceptional match between food and wines. A great opportunity where gastronomy highlights the wines of one particular winemaker, who is present in person to comment on them!
An excursion based on an encounter, highlighting one particular winemaker/domain. During this journey, you can admire the view of Lake Geneva, the Jura Mountains and the vineyards. You will enjoy a fine match between food and wines, designed exclusively by Les Artisans Cuisiniers in Bière. Based on the wines selected by the invited winemaker, Chef Stéphane Brioschi offers on each occasion a menu that sublimates the chosen wines.
