VINUM BERNECK Gourmet Tour in St. Gallen

The successful Berneck Gourmet Tour is hitting the road for the second time, with St. Gallen as its next destination.
You can look forward to culinary surprises from the kitchens of four renowned St. Gallen restaurants:

Wirtschaft zur Alten Post
Restaurant Concerto
Restaurant Falkenburg
Restaurant Scheitlinsbüchel
Start and meeting point with aperitif: 11:00 a.m., Zur Werkstatt, Marktplatz 11
Joint finale with dessert buffet: 6:00 p.m., Zur Werkstatt, Marktplatz 11
Price: CHF 125 for VINUM members / CHF 150 for non-members

Programme: 6 gourmet stops featuring an aperitif, 4 courses and a dessert finale – accompanied by specially selected Berneck wines, perfectly paired with each course.

Important: All stops are within walking distance (maximum 25 minutes). No shuttle service is provided. The Mühleggbahn funicular can be used to reach Restaurant Falkenburg. The Appenzeller Bahn also covers part of the route (to/from Restaurant Scheitlinsbüchel). Our group leaders know the route and will accompany you from one stop to the next in a relaxed and uncomplicated manner.

Participants should make their own way to the starting point at “Zur Werkstatt” by public transport or car. Vegetarian courses can be provided upon request. Please indicate this accordingly on the registration form.
