You'll visit charming wine-growing villages like Epesses, Lutry, and Saint-Saphorin, each steeped in centuries-old tradition. Next, a visit to Chillon Castle, one of Switzerland’s most iconic medieval landmarks perched on a rocky lakeside outcrop, will transport you back through centuries of noble intrigue and dramatic legends.The highlight is a 13-wine tasting from Vaud’s six wine regions: Lavaux, La Côte, Chablais, Bonvillars, Côtes de l'Orbe, and Vully—featuring crisp Chasselas, vibrant Pinot Noir, and rare native varietals like Gamaret and Plant Robert.
