Description of the activity
As part of the Open Wine Cellars 2025 in German-speaking Switzerland, we cordially invite you to discover the St.Gallen Rhine Valley and its wines. Roman Rutishauser from the Steinig Tisch winery will kick things off with a very special wine experience.
The Steinig Tisch winery was founded in 1970 by August Rutishauser and has been run by the third generation, Roman Rutishauser, since 2015. Gault Millau has regularly honoured the winery since 2021, and Roman Rutishauser is one of the 150 best Swiss winegrowers. You will have the opportunity to get to know the winery and its wines on

Afterwards, take a walk through the vineyards and enjoy a well-earned 3-course meal at Daniela Brugger's Steiniger Tisch restaurant.
