The fifth edition of ‘Jurassic Cuisine – PUR’ is all about autumnal dishes from the Jura Mountains and the surrounding region – pure, in their purest form and in the season’s most beautiful colours.

Albi von Felten will guide you through the evening, introducing the wonderful produce from across the Jura range and sharing fascinating stories about the unique producers. The whole experience is enhanced by atmospheric visual displays. The culinary creations are paired with selected rarities from our wine cellar – in short: the Jura at its very best!
