Event Information

At the Winzerobig at Grotto Fläscher Bad, wine takes center stage—personal, authentic, and experienced right where it’s made. Together with Roman Hermann, we’ll immerse ourselves in the world of the Bündner Herrschaft.

The day begins with a masterclass right in the vineyard, personally led by Roman Hermann. Amidst the vines, he offers insight into his philosophy, the work throughout the year, and the unique characteristics of the Fläscher Bad vineyard. It’s about soil, climate, craftsmanship—and how all these factors shape the character of his wines. The tasting in the vineyard brings these connections to life.

The evening then continues at Grotto Fläscher Bad, where selected wines accompany the culinary experience, creating space for conversation, questions, and a leisurely, enjoyable time.
