Description of the activity
Marc sausage is a traditional speciality of the Lake Biel region, served exclusively during the distilling season from January to March. Capitaine Oli invites you to taste this typical dish on board his boat, during a very convivial cruise. Immerse yourself in the wintry atmosphere of Lake Biel as you savour this delicious feast.
On the menu: snacks and appetisers with fish and cheese, white wine soup with croutons, sausage with marc (prepared with care by the butcher Maria Fuhrer and the Ruff distillery) with potato gratin à la façon du capitaine (potatoes and leeks), apple cake with crumble. A vegetarian variant is also available.
